1. Introduction Welcome to odooapps.store. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our Odoo applications, themes, and services. By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Digital Products Policy (No Refunds)

    • Nature of Goods: Our primary products are digital software modules (Odoo Apps/Themes).

    • No Refunds: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital code, all sales of digital products are final. Once the software has been downloaded or delivered, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.  

3. Non-Digital Products (Refund Policy)

  • If you purchase physical goods (e.g., Laptop, Mobile, hardware, IoT boxes) from us, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective upon arrival.
